Thorough Education
The SAT and ACT are long exams that cover a lot of material, which is why we offer the most thorough preparation available.
Our SAT prep classes offer nearly 50 hours of small-group instruction plus four diagnostic SATs administered in a proctored setting, and our private tutoring programs average 15 hours of 1-on-1 tutoring with unlimited access to proctored practice SAT tests.
At TestTakers, our SAT test prep programs are built on a philosophy of thorough education. Rather than relying on shortcuts or surface-level instruction, we teach students proven test prep strategies and reinforce them through structured SAT prep classes that emphasize mastery, confidence, and long-term success.
Additionally, students who have completed our SAT prep course and wish to pursue the ACT can enroll in our “ACT Booster Course,” a four-week program designed to teach students the extra material covered on the ACT. (Because the SAT and ACT are so similar, our SAT course already prepares students for roughly 75% of what they can expect to see on the ACT.)
Our test prep programs are adaptive. After each SAT practice test students receive a customized score report highlighting the question types, subject areas, and test-taking techniques they should practice to continue improving their SAT or ACT scores. Add it all up, and you’ll see that TestTakers offers the most thorough test prep education available.
Frequently Asked Questions
What makes your SAT test prep programs different from other options?
Our SAT test prep programs are built on a philosophy of thorough education. Instead of relying on shortcuts or memorization alone, we focus on deep understanding, skill development, and repeatable test prep strategies that students can apply across every section of the SAT.
How do test prep strategies fit into your overall SAT curriculum?
Test prep strategies are integrated into every lesson, not taught in isolation. Students learn how to approach questions, manage time, and think critically while mastering content, ensuring strategies are reinforced consistently throughout our SAT test prep programs.
Are SAT prep classes structured or flexible?
Our SAT prep classes follow a structured curriculum designed to build mastery step by step. At the same time, instructors adjust pacing and emphasis based on student progress, allowing for both consistency and personalized support within each program.
Do your SAT test prep programs focus on long-term learning or short-term score gains?
While improving SAT scores is a primary goal, our SAT test prep programs emphasize long-term learning. By teaching foundational concepts and proven test prep strategies, students gain skills that extend beyond test day and support academic success overall.
Who are SAT prep classes best suited for?
SAT prep classes are ideal for students who benefit from structured instruction, guided practice, and accountability. Our programs are designed for students who want a thorough educational approach rather than surface-level test preparation.
