Nadia Shakur

I grew up in Queens, New York, and attended Queens College, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in History. I’ve always been fascinated by learning—whether it’s discovering something new or exploring the past. Before joining TestTakers, I spent 16 years working as an Office Administrator at a hedge fund, where I developed strong organizational skills and an understanding of what it takes to keep an office running smoothly. I bring that experience into my role as Office Manager at TestTakers, where I focus on creating a warm, welcoming and well-organized space for both staff and students. My educational philosophy centers on the idea that students learn best in a friendly, happy, and supportive atmosphere—an approach I believe is at the heart of the TestTakers experience. I currently live on Long Island with my husband, two daughters, and our cat. As a family, we love to travel, explore new places, and spend time in the kitchen cooking and baking together.
